Custom clothing should be exactly that: Custom. We believe in providing you with a garment that fits flawlessly. If your first order isn't perfect, we will make it right—on us.
1. Local Alterations
If your garment requires minor adjustments, take it to your local tailor. We will reimburse you up to €50 for standard alterations.
2. Free Remounts
If your garment cannot be fixed by local alterations, we will remake your entire order from scratch for free.
3. Profile Update
Every alteration is logged into your personal sizing profile by our Agents, ensuring perfection on all future orders.
